Nabil L. Souli
Nabil is Chief Executive Officer at UBIqube solutions. With over 15 years of experience in the telecom industry, he is a seasoned sales and marketing professional. His experience in the industry runs from R&D to sales, marketing, business and corporate development in Europe, Asia and the United States. Guided by his experience and leadership, UBIqube is well positioned to become a key player and solution provider in the promising managed security services market. He led Ciena's corporate marketing department in Washington DC from 2000 to 2003. Prior to joining UBIqube he managed Allied Telesyn's EMEA sales to the service provider market. Nabil started as a young scientist at France Telecom, and was instrumental in the reengineering of RATP's IT infrastructure from 1995 to 2000. He holds an MBA from HEC school of management (Paris), is an alumni of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Boston). He is also a PhD in Integrated optoelectronics and holds an engineering degree from SupOptique.

Eric Brambilla
Eric is Sales Director Central & Eastern Europe. With 10 years of IT sales and channel management experience in the CEE region, Eric has worked for several Enterprise software vendors like IT security and network management giant Computer Associates or visionary security leader Cybertrust. He blends the vision and professionalism of western technology vendors with a deep understanding of the local key players and of the diversity of this very fragmented market. Besides being fluent in French, English and German, Eric also speaks or understands Hungarian, Polish, Slovak and even some Russian. He joined UBIqube confident that this is the right solution to address the vastly untapped opportunities of MSS in the CEE. Eric is running operations out of Bratislava and holds a Master Degree from the French Business School of Tours.

Rogier van der Wal
Rogier is Sales Director Northern Europe. Rogier has an extensive experience in international sales management of complex IT-Security solutions with stakeholders at large accounts, major integrators and ISP's across Western Europe. He successfully lead the European business development for SIEM software vendor Net Report, resulting in significant deals in large corporate and ISP customers as well as establishing the appropriate channels. Prior to Net Report, Rogier was responsible for Channel and Direct sales in North and South Europe for digital identity vendor ActivIdentity (nasdaq : acti) closing one of their largest continental smartcard deployments. Before joining ActivIdentity, Rogier was in charge of Channel Sales for firewall vendor NetAsq where he built the base for successful sales in the Benelux. Rogier holds an engineering degree of both Mechanical Engineering and Marketing from the University of Eindhoven in the Netherlands.
Laton PalmerLaton Palmer is Vice President of North American Sales for UBIqube Solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in telecommunication design, sales, and management. He has held various sales and engineering positions within GE, NEC America, Newbridge Networks, and Ciena Communications, selling SONET, IP routing, and ATM switching products to the RBOC as well as other carriers and enterprises in the Northeast. Laton has successfully managed both carrier and enterprise sales team in North America and other worldwide markets. At Ciena, Laton was AVP of Sales responsible for selling optical transport equipment to customers in the northeast. He developed over $200M worth of new business for CIENA. In 2006, Laton launched PalmerHill Group, a telecom consulting and business development firm. He joined UBIqube’s sales team in 2008. Laton holds a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Brown University, Providence RI.

Hervé Guesdon
Hervé has over 10 years of experience in the IP Service Provider Industry. He is head of Engineering and Product Management. As a research engineer in France Telecom R&D labs, Hervé was involved in IP routing and high speed core networks projects on wich he holds 2 patents. He later on focused on VPN services over MPLS studies and participated in the setup of the France Telecom core IP backbone.
