What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, work email, organisation, and any optional role, country and message you provide. The server also records the date and time of the submission and your IP address for security purposes.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on the subject you raised. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or your consent where you give it.
Who sees it
Your message is delivered by email to the UBiqube sales and engineering team. We do not sell your details or share them with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to their use, by writing to info@ubiqube.com. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
Cookies
We store your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask again on every page. This is strictly necessary and contains nothing that identifies you.
With your consent we use LeadLander, a website analytics service, to identify the organisation behind a visit from its IP address and to record the pages viewed and how the site was reached. If you use the contact form after accepting, LeadLander also captures the details entered in it. LeadLander sets its own cookies for this and processes the data on our behalf, which can involve transfer outside the UK and EU.
If you reject, or make no choice, LeadLander is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page.
Fonts, images and every other file on this site are served from our own web host.
